Because everything we print is made to order for you, printed items generally can’t be returned for a refund the way a stock product could. What we do guarantee is that your order is produced correctly to the proof you approved.
If something’s wrong on our end
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from the approved proof, we’ll reprint or refund it. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll make it right.
Proof approval
Every order includes a proof you approve before printing. Please review spelling, colors, sizing and layout carefully — once a proof is approved and the job prints, errors that were present on the approved proof are the customer’s responsibility. When in doubt, ask us first.
Apparel
Blank apparel is ordered by the size and color you select; we can’t accept returns on decorated garments, so double-check your size chart and quantities before ordering.
